Movie: Khoobsurat

Singers: Sunidhi Chauhan, Reshmi Satte

Music: Sneha Khanwalar

Lyrics: Ikram Rajasthani

This one from Khoobsurat was a big hit by Sneha Khanwalkar. It’s an item number that shows how the common girl shown as the physiotherapist, falls for the prince and vice versa. It is a typical fairytale-like song from a Walt Disney film as expected. Sneha was too good with her music. Her music consists of smashing elements that make the item number energetic and great to dance to. You guys will love listening to the track written by Ikram Rajasthani and sung by the master singers Sunidhi Chauhan & Reshmi Satte.

Preet

Movie: Khoobsurat

Singers: Jasleen Kaur Royal

Music: Sneha Khanwalkar

Lyrics: Amitabh Verma

Remember this song from the 2014 Walt Disney movie Khoobsurat? It was a sought-after number from the album. As the song progressed, we loved Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan’s superb chemistry and got to see the love between a prince and a commoner unfold quite beautifully. Khanwalkar’s music for this track was quite soothing to the ears and made us feel good. Amitabh Verma’s words were great and Jasleen Royal sang beautifully, but Sneha did magic with the sweet, soft music that sounds like honey to the ears. We’d love to appreciate her for her composition.

Oye Lucky Lucky Oye

Movie: Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!

Singers: Mika Singh

Music: Sneha Kanwalkar, Dibakar Banerjee

Lyrics: Dibakar Banerjee, Kanu Behl, Venu Isc

The entire soundtrack for this film was composed by Sneha Khanwalkar. The title track is highly energetic and received heaps of positive reviews in 2008. The music is loud and rocking and it does not have a soothing element in it. Some people don’t like it because it doesn’t have the sweetness, but it made an entire generation of dancers sway to its beats. Dibakar Banerjee, Kanu Behl and Venu Isc were highly creative with the lyrics and also none other than Mika Singh did a great job with his singing.

Tainu TV Per Wekhya

Movie: Love, Sex and Dhoka

Singers: Kailash Kher

Music Sneha Khanwalkar

Lyrics: Dibakar Banerjee, Kanu Behl

This composition by our very own Sneha Khanwalkar is again quite special. The song from Love, Sex, and Dhoka showcases the harsh reality of sensationalism in the news. It reflects on the vices of society sarcastically. The song features Kailash Kher’s mellow voice and influences Bhangra. It has a soul-soothing, buzzing tune that relieves you of stress and makes you fall in love with the song again and again. Dibakar Banerjee and Kanu Beh were great at coming up with original lyrics that would tug at your heartstrings.
