Nit Khair Manga
“Nit Khair Manga, Oye Nit Khair Manga Sohnena Main Teri, Dua Na Koyi Aur Mangda”, is a half Punjabi and half Hindi track unleashing Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s superb singing skills. You’ll simply get glued to the enchanting music by Tanishk Bagchi, overflowing with the fast, rhythmic beats of the Tabla. The heart-touching lyrics penned by Manoj Muntashir will surely transport you to the romantic and serene Lucknow of the 1980’s. Rating: 5/5
Sanu Ek Pal Chain
This romantic number is sure to become as big as “Mere Rashke Qamar”. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s singing style is most unique and whenever he sings a Bollywood song, he adds his unique touch to it. Tanishk Bagchi and Manoj Muntashir have again collaborated to weave a musical magic. The music video by T-Series makes us aware of the brave spirit of Officer wives, who should be given more respect for their fearlessness. Rating: 4/5
Black Jama Hai
This one’s a highly energetic, revolutionary track which depicts the harsh and wicked side of our society in the form of Corruption and Black Money. “Raid” is all about the most high-profile and well-crafted Income Tax raids of the country and this catchy track with the loud, booming instruments in the background, will surely ignite a spark of rebellion in your heart. Amit Trivedi, Sukhwinder Singh and Indraneel have scaled great heights with their composition, singing and lyrics. Rating: 3/5
Jhuk Na Paunga
Though there are a few critics, who haven’t been impressed with this song and felt that it is dragged out from some old film music and rehashed. We feel that this soothing, soft melody has a Hindustani Classical touch to it. You’ll love the lilting sounds of the Tabla and the Ghungroo being played in the background. Indraneel penned down the emotional lyrics and Amit Trivedi composed the fleeting music. Papon got to showcase his superb singing prowess after a very long time. Rating: 4/5
The Singers, Music Directors and Lyricists have worked really hard to create these phenomenal masterpieces.
